Death is about the ending, but also the beginning. Hel rules the realm of the dead. She is the keeper of the souls of the departed. She is the final way station for the dead. Hel is depicted as both a gorgeous woman and a corpse. She helps those going through major transitions. She can also help people release old identities, patterns, and roles, and make space for new energy.
